POWER TO THE ZOOM!
These are such unprecedented times with the situation changing every minute. Like all businesses we have had to think outside the box and change how we operate - for everyone's well-being.
Sadly we've had to suspend current class courses but...we'll be back as soon as we can, so we want to see what we can do throughout this choppy time so that we can help you, stay in touch and keep ourselves going.
I want to thank everyone for being so kind and understanding about the suspension of class courses (absolutely nothing we can do there!) and being so supportive generally - how lucky Perfect Pawz! is to have such wonderful doggy clients!
LET'S SEE WHAT WE CAN DO TOGETHER!
ZOOM IT...ITS ZOOMTASTIC!
We now offer online options because we don't like to stand still here at Perfect Pawz! We understand that times change & things move on & to help our owners the best we can, there's lots of different ways we can help!
ITS SUPER SIMPLE - NO TECH WIZARDRY IS REQUIRED
How can online help be so great?
Flexibility. No waiting weeks to schedule an appointment, grab one extra quickly.
Fewer time constraints. No booking time off work to arrange scheduling, accounting for traffic hold ups & time to & fro your appointment or fixing parking.
We see the real dog. We can see your dog 'in situ'. This is great when we need to observe interactions with you & your family.
Shorter, more frequent sessions. Helps everyone stay 'on point' & focused on topic for the duration, so sessions are more productive & learning rapid.
No Bias. If your dog is anxious or excitable for instance, sometimes our presence can affect training plans and make it more difficult for you to implement. If we're their remotely, we can give guidance at distance but in real time plus constant feedback.
It's recorded. Get a recorded transcript of everything that's said, so that you have a complete reminder.
WHAT IS ZOOM?
NO TECH WIZARDRY REQUIRED!
Zoom is an online platform which enables individuals to make contact via video, over the web. It's just like being able to conduct a phone call but actually see the other person too. If you're familiar with Facetime, that's basically it.
The great thing too is that sessions can be recorded.
HOW DOES A ZOOM SESSION WORK?
You do not need a Zoom account
Book your session slot here
WHAT'S NEEDED FOR ZOOM?
All you need is:
You can use your phone but a larger screen such as tablet, laptop or desktop pc works best
A webcam & mic either integrated or separate
Why online consults are as effective as face to face
