We Can Still Help Restore Your Happy Relationship!
THE WORLD'S A SMALLER PLACE!
Modern technology is a great thing, it enables us to help you & your dog. We can now offer behaviour consultations via Skype to dog owners who live too far away to visit - you might still live in the UK or you might live overseas, wherever you live, you can still benefit from exactly the same service our clients receive should they visit in person

Just pay online & we'll contact you to arrange a convenient session slot
DO I NEED A REFERRAL?
No you don't need a veterinary referral for an online consultation
WHEN WILL MY DOG BE BETTER?
We will give you a realistic prognosis based upon the severity of your dog's issues. It may also be that some goals may have to be adjusted albeit temporarily, this is all part of choosing our Practice... you will receive a thorough and knowledgeable assessment and there is absolutely no point in giving you unmanageable expectations.
We will always give you attainable goals, break down your plan into manageable targets and provide a realistic idea of what to expect.
Success depends very much upon a host of factors; owner commitment, time, severity of the problem to name a few

AT YOUR CONSULTATION
Of course, this is the most important part & it's lovely to meet you both. We take pride in the fact that our consultation are very relaxed and friendly, the aim is that you feel free and able to speak about anything that concerns you, there's no judgment at all, no one's at fault. The more at ease you and your dog are, the easier it is to work out a solution that best fits everyone involved. OK sometimes original goals may have to be adjusted slightly but that's part of behaviour modification - finding a realistic solution & that's what we do.
Your report takes time to write. Every report is very different and contains every suggestion that we talk about during the session. Very often much more will be added because following the consultation, there is time to think about each case in detail. Reports typically take up to two hours to write and involve consulting latest theory regarding subject matter in animal behaviour journals and similar publications. This is crucial because t ensures that you are provided with the latest contemporary advice. Reports are always written within 24hrs whilst a case is 'fresh in the mind' and sent via email within 2-3 days.
