AT YOUR CONSULTATION
Of course, this is the most important part & it's lovely to meet you both. We take pride in the fact that our consultation are very relaxed and friendly, the aim is that you feel free and able to speak about anything that concerns you, there's no judgment at all, no one's at fault. The more at ease you and your dog are, the easier it is to work out a solution that best fits everyone involved. OK sometimes original goals may have to be adjusted slightly but that's part of behaviour modification - finding a realistic solution & that's what we do.
YOUR REPORT
Your report takes time to write. Every report is very different and contains every suggestion that we talk about during the session. Very often much more will be added because following the consultation, there is time to think about each case in detail. Reports typically take up to two hours to write and involve consulting latest theory regarding subject matter in animal behaviour journals and similar publications. This is crucial because t ensures that you are provided with the latest contemporary advice. Reports are always written within 24hrs whilst a case is 'fresh in the mind' and sent via email within 2-3 days.
