Payment is taken in full at booking & implies:

Full acceptance of t&cs

Acceptance of booking that NO refunds will be given under any circumstances including inability to attend part-way through a course or assuming a course to be unsuitable

That you confirm your dog is not excessively vocal/reactive/anxious with other dogs or people - if so, your dog will not be suited to a class environment

Briefly:

No refunds are given for cancellation of booked class course places post wk 1

No refunds are given for missed sessions/cancellations part way through courses

No refunds are given for classes suspended due to Covid-19 that you choose not to resume

Places are not transferable to other courses due to missed sessions

Children are very welcome but must stay with you at all times & not wander around the venue/touch or distract other dogs

SUITABILITY REMINDERS
Class environments are not suitable for dogs who are excessively anxious, reactive, vocal or boisterous with other dogs or people, this is well highlighted and is for the benefit of all dogs - Dogs presenting with these behaviours will be asked to leave. I will gladly assist you via 1 to 1 Behavioural Support
Please do not attend class on the 'off-chance' your dog may be OK, or to 'socialize' an unsociable dog, this is not the aim of a puppy class and will more than likely result in stressing your pet (and others). No refunds will be offered under any circumstances to owners terminating their place partway through for reasons citing the course to be not suitable for their dog - suitability is made very clear.
Please ask beforehand prior to booking if unsure - I will be more than happy to advise you & suggest the very best training route
