COVID-19 POST JULY 19TH KEEPING YOU SAFE
We appreciate that Govt. restrictions are now being lifted, but for everyone's safety, we are keeping some of our measures in place - we hope that you understand our caution
Most Consultations are conducted via Zoom
Home visits are commencing
We no longer have a limit on one person attendance per dog but we do ask that a maximum of two people attend per dog
Please do not attend if you, anyone in your household has Covid-19 symptoms or you know you have been in contact with someone who does
THINGS NOT GOING TO PLAN?
That's OK, it happens! Behavioural issues happen for all sorts of reasons, all breeds, ages of dog can be affected and it doesn't matter whether you're inexperienced or have owned dogs for years.
Firstly, don't heap the blame on yourself - true, treatment will involve an investigation of how you and your dog interact, your routine and your dog's environment for a start and very likely, suggestion of changes, but success requires being open and adaptable. The first step is analysis of the issues and investigation of 'why' and from here we can work out strategies to help.
